The Eyot Centre, located on the banks of the River Thames, offers a number of excellent spaces which are available for hire for events and functions. The Centre is positioned amongst approximately 1.4 acres of riverside lawns, with a spacious verandah, boat landing stages and a small slipway.
The centre building is split into two halves: the "Wet-Side" and the "Dry-Side". The wet-side facilities of the clubhouse include heated changing rooms, hot showers and toilets.
On the Dry-Side, the centre boasts a large function/meeting space (pictures above). It is 8.5m x 14.5 m (123 m2), has a carpeted floor and will accommodate 100 people seated at 10 person round tables or 150 seated in rows.
Adjacent to the hall is a kitchen with electric water boiler, four burner cooker with electric oven, microwave, and refrigerator. It is designed for serving refreshments. For large functions requiring hot food, a mobile kitchen would be required.
Also on the Dry-Side are separate toilets facilities and a Fitness/Meeting Room with a range of exercise equipment for general fitness and paddle-based training.
The club house is fully accessible for the less mobile with ramp access. The facilities include a separate changing room with shower and toilet specifically designed for a wheelchair user. There is a covered viewing platform on the river side. Disabled parking is available close to the club house.
All weather vehicle parking is available on site for 35 cars. Additional parking is available on the lawn during suitable weather.

Dragon Boats -10 man and 20 man;
